madness

march is here! this month is always crazy for me.

lots of birthdays coming up soon...!

first some good news! after many tries, i finally had the long-anticipated meeting with my advisor, and he is on board with me graduating in late may or early june!

the bad news is, he decided to change a bunch of priorities and add a ton of things to do... so my timeline, which was already "aggressive" according to him, is now risky and insane. yay! fun stuff.

all i want is to survive these next 2 months, to wrap things up into something i can be proud of, and to graduate on a good note. and then, to find a job.

on the wedding front... :) menzies and i have wedding bands! his is sitting in my jewelry chest. mine is coming sometime in april! the wedding invitations are now "in production" which i think just means that they are being printed...trying to get those out in early april. and i just bought a cake topper today from etsy! so, good things are happening!

i also filled out a march madness bracket for my lab pool. i picked my whole bracket in less than a minute, so i gotta say, my chances are pretty good. all i have to say is, go cal! beat duke!
